Peavey by far, though I went with the Zell and Ricketts thing. Its disgusting the way MLB runs their business shennanigans, but Zell knew he was going to have to deal with basically the only industry in the United States where competitors get to decide who you sell your business to. The whole thing is ridiculous, and needs to be concluded months ago.
