Thought I would throw you a curve, here.  Mariska Hargitay's mommy, yum!  I'd be part of her Special Victims Unit.  Of course, she ended up having that pretty little head torn clean off of that slammin' ass body by driving under the back of a semi.  Kind of like our Cubs.

I'm gonna $#(&% kill myself. Hopefully a night off, some serious reflection and Rich Harden on the mound will turn it around for our boys.

Sad but at peace

I am down about what has happened, but I guess the novalty of just making it to the playoffs has still not worn off on me......after living and dying with the franchise for more than 25 years and living and dying almost every day with this specific Cubs team for 6 months its hard to get upset with 97 wins.

It's just very dissapointing, very dissapointing....but I am not going to let it ruin what was a great regular season.
