Game and Series Recap to come

I'm not sure why, but last weekend and again last night we've lost access to the internets at my house.  I can't help but wonder if the frustration and helplessness that I feel is similar to what it would feel like to be denied access to a really happening club.

...nah.  It's probably more like how it would feel to be denied access to a Burger King, which is actually far more embarrassing in many respects.

We will have a game recap (and a series one) up for you later today, so that's cool.  But, before I terminate this scant little post, I will say only this: before you get too excited, remember that the Cubs swept the Pirates.  If you were to look up the Pirates in a baseball encyclopedia, they would be cross-referenced under "teams your team should sweep, unless your team sucks."

When the Cubs sweep the Brewers and Mets and Braves, that is when I will be happy.  Oh, and throw the Cardinals into that list, not because they're good but because it's always fun to sweep the Cardinals.
