Big dumb Z
I think Z is a big dumb kid with a weak mind and no self control who happens to be able to pitch like a mofo, (when his weak mind doesn't prevent him from doing so). I also think that booing our players is counterproductive. If a player is slacking-off and making mistakes, then hell yes boo him, a player needs to be held accountable for that kind of thing, but with a player who's in a slump but trying his best? Booing a guy who's slumping is only going to get deeper in his head and make it worse, and that ultimately could cost us a few wins, and that's stupid.
